Effect of Antisense Oligodeoxynucleotide of c-Myb GenemRNA on Prolifcration of K562 Cell Line

用体外培养技术研究了ｃ－Ｍｙｂ基因的ｍＲＮＡ反义寡核苷酸对慢粒Ｋ５６２红白细胞系增殖和生长的影响。结果显示：ｃ－Ｍｙｂ基因反义寡核苷酸在２０～１６０μｇ／ｍｌ时，对细胞的增殖与集落的形成有明显的抑制作用。

The effect of antisens oligodeoxynucleotide of c-Myb gene mRNA on prolifcration of K562 cells was studied. Results showed that exposure of K562 cells to antisense oligodeoxynucleotide of c-Myb gene mRNA resulted in inhibition of proliferation and colony formation of K562 cells significantly. It was suggested that c-Myb gene played an important role in the proliferation and growth of leukemic cells.
