摘要
我们采用手术切除方法治疗色素痣、睑黄瘤、不良文身、疣状痣等表皮良性肿瘤,并应用显微外科技术处理切口,以减少术后瘢痕.与 CO_2激光疗法比较,结果显示显微手术方法Ⅰ、Ⅱ级痊愈率之和为94.57%(P<0.01),术后感染率为5.43%(P<0.05),平均治愈时间6.66天。作者认为,显微手术疗法一次治愈率高、疗程短、感染率低,术后瘢痕细小,可显著提高美容效果。
We excised the lesions and sutured the incisions by microsurgery technique to reduce postopera- tive scars.To some skin disease,such as pigmental nevus,lid xanthomatosis,nevus verrueosus,tattooing Com- paring the cosmetic effect with the CO_2 laser therapy showed:the total cure rate of Ⅰ and Ⅱ grade by micro- surgery was 94.57%(P<0.01),the postoperative infecttonrate was 5.43%(P<0.05),the mean course of treatment was 6.66 days.According to our investigation,we found that a high cure rate,a low infection rate and a short course of treatment were gained by microsurgery.We observed suturing the incisions by micros- rgery technique could decrease the formation of scars,and could improve cosmetic effect significantly.
