Reason of Value,Reason Instrument and Clearing up of the Basis of System of Units

随着改革开放的不断深入,中国进入复杂多变的社会转型时期,其中单位制的变化在整个转型中具有重要的意义。单位制原来得以形成的政治、经济、文化基础已经消失或正在消解,这种消解是中国的现代化建设由以价值理性为主导走向以工具理性为主导的过程,体现了当代中国社会运行和发展的逻辑。

Along with the reform and open continuously deepening, China enters the complex and changeable social transitional period, among them mer economic and cultural basis which during this period the system of units is of great significance. The forpromoted forming the system of units have disappeared or are clearing up, and this condition of clearing up is mutual unified course of modernization in China from reason of value （essential reason） to reason of value and reason of instrument （reason of aim）, it embodies the circulating and developing logic of the society in contemporary China.
