静脉复合麻醉行隆乳术112例体会

INTRALENOUS COM BINED ANESTHESIA IN MAMMARY AUGMENTATION ABSTRACT

隆乳手术时间一般为1～2小时,手术剥离范围较大,术中不需肌肉松弛,创面缝合时亦不加深麻醉。以前我们主要在局麻下行隆乳手术,常因麻不全或麻药过量使手术不能安全进行。自1992年以来作者选用了英诺氟、氯胺酮行隆乳术静脉复合麻醉,有利于手术视野的显露,避免受术者清醒状态的恐布躁动,给手术顺利进行创造了条件。

Mammary Augmentation operation usually laots for 1～2 hours.The stripping avca is wide. There is no need for muscle relaxotion.It not necessary to haue deeper anethesia when the incisions are sutueed.Previouoly we performed Mammary Augentation mainly under the local anesthesia and incomplete anesthesia or overdose of anesthetios often occurred whlich made the operatios unsafe.Since 1992 the authors haue chosen Innoval and ketamine for intrauenous combined anesthesia in Mammary Augmentation.This methed is goud for the exposuve of the operation fielol and the anxious mouenent of conscious patiento can be aooiede,which improves the situation for the operation.
