搅拌摩擦焊接铝合金焊区裂纹稳态扩展的临界CTOA 被引量:3

摘要 通过对铝合金2524-351母材及两种搅拌摩擦焊接(FSW)参数下焊区的Ⅰ型裂纹稳定扩展的研究,定义了新的临界CTOA(ψc1)的测定方法。ψc1的计算结果表明不同搅拌摩擦焊接参数下焊区临界CTOA对应一恒定值,故提出可用临界CTOA作为一断裂参量来描述FSW焊区的抗断性能,优化FSW的焊接参数。 For the friction stir weld' s Joints of Aluminum Alloy 2524-T351 under two different welding parameters, the critical CTOA(ψc1 )at stable crack tearing is defined, measured and compared with the critical COD. It is found that the critical CTOA is constant for different welding parameters respectively and hereby tried to suggest that the ψc1 is a viable fracture parameter for the establishment of fracture criterion and the optimization of welding parameters.
