摘要
给出了柴油机工作过程理论建模和工作参数优化的方法,基于BOOST软件,建立了6110ZL增压中冷柴油机的计算模型,并对其工作过程进行了优化。分析计算结果表明,柴油机功率提高了4.7%,燃油消耗率节省了2.7%。
A method of theory modeling and optimization for diesel engine working process is given. The Simulation model of 6110ZL turbocharged diesel engine was set up based on the software BOOST, and the optimization to 6110ZL diesel working process was carried out. The analytical results show that according to the given method, the power enhanced 4.7%, and the fuel consuming rate saved 2.7%.
