摘要
探索了三种物质对IgM抗体中和能力,选取5例O型孕妇产前检查标本,分别采用唾液、DTT、2-Me三种物质中和IgM抗体,检测IgG抗体效价。5例孕妇血清经唾液中和,测得IgG效价分别为抗A∶0;抗B∶0;抗A:1∶2;抗B∶0;抗A∶0抗B∶0;抗A∶0;抗B∶0;抗A∶0;抗B∶0。采用DTT中和后测得IgG效价分别为抗A∶1∶8;抗B∶1∶16;抗A∶16;抗B∶1∶16;抗A:1∶16;抗B∶1∶8;抗A∶1∶8;抗B∶1∶8;抗A∶1∶16;抗B∶1∶16。采用2-Me中和后测得IgG效价分别为抗A∶1∶2;抗B∶1∶64;抗A∶1∶128;抗B∶1∶4;抗A∶1∶32;抗B∶1∶128;抗A∶1∶16;抗B∶1∶32;抗A∶1∶64;抗B∶1∶32。结果表明唾液型物质不仅中和IgM抗体,而且中和部分IgG抗体,DTT对IgM抗体中和能力较差,2-Me对IgM抗体中和能力较强,而且对IgG抗体破坏小。
In order to explore the effects of three substances on capability of IgM antibodies counteraction. The 5 cases of O group pregnant women was chose for analysis, the saliva, DTT, and Ⅰ- Me were used respectively to counteract IgM antibodies, and to measure the titer of IgG. The antibodies of 5 cases pregnant women in serum were counteracted by saliva, and the titers of IgG were anti-A: 0,anti-B: 0, anti-A: 1:2 ,anti-B: 0, anti- A: 0,anti-B: 0, anti-A: 0,anti-B: 0, anti-A: 0,and anti-B: 0. The tier of IgG Counteracted by DTT were: anti-A: 1: 8,anti-B: 1: 16, anti-A: 1:16 ,anti-B: 1: 16, anti-A: 1: 16,anti-B: 1: 8, anti-A: 1: 8,anti-B: 1: 8, anti-A: 1: 16,andanti-B: 1: 16. The titers of IgG counteracted by 2-Me were : anti-A: 1: 2,anti-B: 1: 64, anti-A: 1:128 ,anti-B: 1: 4, anti-A:l: 32,anti-B: 1: 128,anti-A: 1: 16,anti-B: 1: 32, anti-A: 1: 64,and anti-B: 1: 32. The result show that the Saliva Substance can not only counteract IgM antibodies, but also partly counteract IgG antibodies . The capability of DTT Counteracting IgM antibodies was lower, 2-Me counteracting IgM antibolities was higher, and could bring about litter damage to IgG antibodies.
