介绍了转台伺服系统主要的两类测速模式:模拟测速和数字测速。详细论述了基于光电编码器的高精度的数字测速方法,及其在转台伺服系统中的实现。
Two tpyes of speed measurement methods for the servo system of swival table are introduced ： analog speed measurement and digital speed measurement. High Accuracy digital speed measurement methods based on optical encoder were discussed in detail. Then it introduces the realization of this methods in the servo system.
