摘要
用不同频率的超声从槐米中提取芸香甙,与热硷提取-酸沉淀法相比,此法无需加热,只需用频率为20kHz的超声波处理30min,提出率可提高47.56%,工艺简单。
Rutin is extracted from the flower bud of Chinese scholartree using ultrasound with different frequencies. Compared with the method of hot alkali precipitate with acide, ultrasonic method does not need heating. The extraction rate can be increased by 47.56% using the ultrasound of 20 KHz for 30 minutes. The method is simple and time saving.
