摘要
构建“和谐河北”主要面临着五个方面的矛盾,这些矛盾的核心问题就是供给和需求的矛盾,解决这一矛盾的基本途径就是更快更好地进行经济建设、建构公平合理的制度体系和具有时代精神的思想道德体系。
In building a harmonious Hebei Province, there are five contradictions, the essence of which is the one between supply and demand. The basic approach to resolving this contradiction is to advance economic to establish and construct just and rational system as well as moral system in line with the times.
