摘要
如何处理好就业增长与劳动生产率提高二者的关系,达到扩大就业规模,提高劳动效率,进而促进经济增长的目的,是辽宁省在振兴老工业基地进程中必须面对的重要现实课题,本文针对上述问题,分别对就业规模、结构与劳动生产率关系进行了理论和实证研究。研究表明,辽宁省目前处于劳动生产率与就业规模的非良性循环阶段,而通过三次产业内部结构的调整,进而引致就业结构调整是改变目前现状的有效途径。最后,提出了相关的政策性建议。
In reinvigorating the traditional industrial bases in Liaoning Province, one of the realistic tasks is how to handle the relationship between employment growth and improvement of productivity so as to enlarge employment scale, enhance labor efficiency and fuel economic growth. In response to the above issues, this article conducts theoretical and empirical study of the relationship between employment scale and structure on the one hand and productivity on the other. The conclusion shows that for the time being Liaoning is still at the stage of vicious cycle; that the effective approach is to adjust employment structure through internal adjustment tertiary industry. Finally this article advances some policy suggestions.
