摘要
为探讨肿瘤细胞生物特性与细胞骨架蛋白表达的关系,选用了鼠的高、低转移性纤维肉瘤细胞,采用SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法,对这两株细胞的中等纤维蛋白-波形纤维蛋白(Vimentin)进行了分析。结果显示:波形纤维蛋白在高、低转移性纤维肉瘤细胞中,其含量有所不同,并有波形纤维蛋白亚基的变化。在高转移性纤维肉瘤细胞中检测到新型的波形纤维蛋白亚基,说明高转移瘤细胞的中等纤维蛋白的表达,与其来源组织的特异性蛋白表达有着明显的差异。
Vimentin proteins have been studied in cultured low and high rnetastaic fibrosarcoma cells seperately by scanning quantitative electronphoresis . The results shows that vimentin differs distinctly in both quantity and pattern. The vimentin subunit in high metastatic was smaller than that of the low metastatic fibrosarcoma cells. Newly synthesized intermediate filament protein was found in high metastaic fibrosarcoma cells. These studies that the expression of intermediate filament protein in high metastatic fibrosarcoma cells differs obviously from those of the normal fibroblasts ,which is possibly related to the changeS of biologic characteristics of the cells, such as the invasion and metastasis ect.
