医院病人满意度的调查和统计分析

A survey and Analysis of the Rate of Patient Satisfaction

对广州华侨医院１９９３年７８４名复诊病人的满意度状态进行了横断面调查和统计分析。结果显示：病人对该院的满意度较高（８７．１１％）。多元回归分析中共有８项实质性的因素入选；因子分析将全部单项指标构成了满意度４大类要素。

Abstract In 1993, a cross--sectional survy of satisfaction status was carried out among 784 recured patients in Guangzhou Ovetseas Chinese Hospital. Results showed that the patients were highly satisfied wereselected . And all single index items were classified into four important cells by Factorwith the hospital (87.1 1%). According to multiple regression analysis, eight substantive factors analysis. analysis.
