多功能单侧外固定支架治疗胫骨开放性骨折21例

Twenty-one Cases of Severe Open Fractures of Tibias Treated with SGD Multi-purpose External Bone Fixing Support

采用ＳＧＤ骨科多功能单侧外固定支架治疗严重胫骨开放性骨折２１例，取得满意疗效。该多功能单侧外固定支架能方便准确地对骨折端进行复位和固定，对骨折端具有加压作用，固定牢靠：穿针部位避开骨折处，且穿针数目少，术中软组织损伤少；术后调整容易，不影响非固定部位的关节活动。２１例中除１例术后再截肢外，余２０例未见骨不连，功能恢复优良率达９０．５％，伤口感染率仅４．８％。严重胫骨开放性骨折治疗宜尽早彻底清创，骨折暴露复位，采用ＳＧＤ骨科多功能单侧外固定支架固定，既有利于骨折愈合，也有利于软组织修复及减少伤口感染。

Twenty one cases of severe open fractures of tibias were treated with SGD multi--purpose external bone fixing support with satisfactory adults. This support can be used conveniently to reduce and fix the end of the fracted bone accurately , it could prers on the end of the fractured bone and fix it stably. The location of the screw penetrated into the bone is away from the wound, there are fewer screws penetrated into the bone and there is less trauma on soft tissue in the course of operation. Post--operative adjustment is easy without affecting the movement of joints outside the fixed part. Among 21 cases, except 1 case being amputated again, there is no nonunion of fractures in the other 20 cases. The excellent and good rate was 90.5% on functional restoration and the infection rate of wound was 4.8%. Cleaning woundearly and completely, opping and reducing of fracrure , fixing with SGD multi--purpose external bone fixing support to treat severe open flactures of tibias were not only useful in union of fractme and soft tissue restoration but also in reducing infection rate of wound.
