出院时精神病病人家属健康教育需求调查

Needs of the Families of Discharged Psychiatric Patients for Health Education

目的了解出院精神病病人家属健康知识需求,提高精神病病人的康复质量。方法用自行设计的精神病健康知识问卷,出院时对病人家属进行健康知识调查。结果出院精神病病人家属对精神病健康知识很缺乏,了解及认识率均低于40%,特别是对疾病复发的信号、复查常识、服药方法、时间及注意事项的了解更缺乏。出院精神病病人家属对健康教育知识有着强烈的需求,希望直接通过电话或医护人员的个别指导获取有关精神病的保健知识的占多数。结论出院精神病病人家属的疾病相关知识缺乏,健康教育亟待加强,且应根据家属需要采用多种健康教育方式。

Objective To study the needs of the families of discharged psychiatric patients for health education for the improvement of their life quality. Methods A self-designed Psychiatric Health Knowledge Questionnaire was used to investigate their families. Results The families knew little about psychiatric health knowledge, lower than 40%, especially in the respects of relapse, recheck knowledge, method, time and note for medication-taking. The needs of their families were strong. Most of them hoped to acquire related health knowledge by way of telephone or individual instructions from doctor and nurse. Conclusion The families of discharged psychiatric patients are short of the disease-related knowledge. Health education needs enhancement and the education methods should be diversified.
