摘要 高校人力资源主要由知识型员工构成,传统的人力资源管理已不能适应知识型员工的特征需要,必须在管理观念、组织建设、制度建设和文化建设等方面对其进行创新。 After the age of industrial civilization, human society has now entered the age of knowledge and economy, which has a deep and all-round effect on colleges and universities. Therefore it is necessary to reform and bring new ideas into the personnel resources management. This paper first briefly analyses the features of college and university's personnel resources, then mainly probes into the creative ideas about the management of personnel resources and presents the following opinions: The function of the personnel resources management department should return to the rectilinear managing department; The managerial personnel should change their concepts and get rid of the traditional wrong ideas; And there should be a systematic plan for the creativity in the management of personnel resources.
