Bonded Logistics Center （Type B） is a new business of the developing of the modem logistics, this article explores the strategic value and the attentions to the problems of the constmcting type B bonded logistics center of western China which starts from the basic content of bonded logistics center, puts forwards the methods of the planning and construction of type B bonded logistics center, seeks to promote export-oriented economic development of the western region.
