产业集群与物流园区的互动发展研究

Study on the Interaction Development between the Industrial Clusters and the Logistics Park

产业集群的动态发展在对物流服务提出更高要求的同时,在空间上集聚了大量的物流需求,为基于产业集群的物流园区的构建及发展提供了必要条件。物流园区,作为第三方物流企业的集聚地,能够提供集成化、专业化、多样化的物流服务,是产业集群提高竞争力的有力支撑。文中拟从微观和宏观层面解析产业集群和物流园区的互动发展,以苏州产业集群和物流园区为例进行简单的实证分析,并提出对我国区域经济发展的启示。

The higher standard of logistics service has been aroused with the dynamic development of industrial clusters, which gather a lot of logistics need, providing necessary conditions to the construction and development of logistics park based industrial clusters. Logistics park, as the combined third-party logistics business, can be able to provide an integrated, professional and diverse logistlcs services. It is the strong backing of industrial clusters to enhance their competitiveness. This article, based on micro-and macro-level analysis of the interaction between the development of the industrial clusters and the logistics park, take industrial clusters and logistics park in Suzhou for example to make a simple empirical analysis, and finally give some advice to the development of regional economy in China.
