四苯基卟啉锌光限制特性研究

摘要 应用调Q倍频Nd:YAG脉冲激光,在波长为532 nm,脉冲宽度为5 ns,重复频率为10 Hz的条件下,研究了四苯基卟啉锌甲苯溶液的反饱和吸收和光限制特性.实验表明,四苯基卟啉锌/甲苯溶液具有良好的光限制特性,并且具有较低的限制阈值,是一种具有较大潜在应用价值的新型光限制材料. The optical limiting properties in zinc tetraphenyl porphyry(ZnTPP), dissolved in toluene solution are studied by using a Q-switched , double frequency Nd. YAG pulse laser system at 532nm with pulse width of 5ns, repetition rate of 10Hz. The experimental results show that the material displays good optical limiting performance. And the critical value of optical limiting is very low.
