恒定电场对氢键系统中质子传递影响的计算机模拟

摘要 氢键系统大量存在于生命系统中,研究氢键结构及其特性对于揭示生命的奥秘具有重要的意义.用四阶Runge-Kutta方法数值分析了在恒定外场影响下氢键系统中的质子传递.结果表明恒定外场能够改变质子的传递速度,但质子仍能够稳定传递. Hydrogen bond systems consist in biosystem abundantly, the sudy of hydrogen bond system and its properties are of great value. Using the fourth--order Runge--Kutta way, we studied the transferred proton in the hydrogen bond system under the influence of invariable electric field in this thesis. The results indicate that electric field can affect the speed of the soliton.
