镉对绿豆和蚕豆种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响 被引量:7

摘要 采用水培方法,研究了不同浓度的Cd2+处理液对绿豆及蚕豆种子萌发、幼苗及根生长状况的影响.结果表明,镉处理对绿豆和蚕豆种子萌发率具有一个低浓度下的刺激效应和高浓度下的抑制效应.绿豆和蚕豆种子的发芽势均随着Cd2+处理浓度的提高而降低,并且绿豆的降低速度要大于蚕豆.低浓度的Cd2+处理不影响发芽指数,高低浓度的Cd2+处理抑制发芽指数.低浓度时,绿豆的活力指数比对照高,蚕豆的活力指数比对照低,随着处理浓度的提高,发芽指数和活力指数均下降.在处理初期,低浓度刺激幼苗的生长,随着生长时间的延长,低浓度的刺激效应逐渐消失,随浓度的提高,抑制效应逐渐增强.在处理初期,镉对根长的影响就表现为抑制效应,并且Cd2+对幼苗根长的影响比苗长的影响显著得多. The results showed that Cd^2+ is capable of stimulating budding radio at lower, but reducing budding radio at higher concentrations. The budding power is lower when Cd^2+ is rising, and the reducing spread of mung bean is larger than horsebean. The budding indexes is not effected at lower concentrations, but it is reduced at higher concentrations. The vitality indexes of mung bean is larger and it of horsebean is lower at lower concentrations,budding indexes and vitality indexes is lowing when Cd^2+ is rising. At early days, stimula- ting the growth of seeding at lower concentrations, with the increasing concentration, inhibiting is strengthen. At early days,Cd^2+ inhibited plant root length,and inhibiting to root is larger than to seeding.
