旅游项目设计是旅游规划的核心,而旅游项目设计必须以旅游建立对旅游资源的充分深入的认识的基础上进行,这就要求对旅游资源进行旅游开发评价.虽然长期以来在规划中也是这么运用,但是却一直没有明确旅游项目旅游资源开发评价的关系,项目设计的方法研究也较少有研究.文中从旅游项目入手,明确了旅游项目设计与旅游资源开发评价的关系,并建立了为旅游项目服务的旅游资源开发评价的体系,同时初步探讨了基于旅游资源开发评价基础上的旅游项目设计方法.

The travel projects designing serves as the very core of travel programming, but it must be under way on the basis of a full understanding of the current travel resources , so. it is necessary to make an evaluation about the exploration of travel resources . However, in the past experience, it＇s still not clear about the relations between travel projects and travel resources exploration and evaluation, and still less the ways of projects designing. This essay, beginning with travel projects, demonstrates the exact relations between travel projects designing and travel resources exploration and evaluation, and further sets up an evaluation system for travel projects, and tries probing preliminarily the ways of travel projects designing on the basis of travel resources exploration and evaluation.
