Taking athletes and coaches of competitive aerobics teams in college and universities as subjects, the paper investigates and analyzes their basic conditions, find present existing problems, put forward corresponding countermeasure as to how to reinforce competitive aerobics at colleges and universities and realize sustainable development of competitive aerobics athletes.
