6种中药抑制二硝基氟苯所致小鼠接触性皮炎的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨中药白藓皮、金银花、当归、荆芥、生地黄、白芷抑制小鼠变应性接触性皮炎(IV型变态反应)的效果。方法将小鼠按给药不同分为白藓皮、金银花、当归、荆芥、生地黄、白芷、地塞米松及生理盐水组,利用2,4-二硝基氟苯诱发的小鼠变应性接触性皮炎的动物模型,通过测量耳厚度差和耳质量差,比较不同药物之间的疗效。结果白藓皮、金银花、当归、地塞米松组小鼠耳厚度及质量的增加均明显低于生理盐水组。结论白藓皮、金银花、当归具有明显抑制小鼠变应性接触性皮炎的作用。 Objective It is to explore the effects of dictamni cortex, Honeysuckle Flower, Chinese Angelica, Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb, rehmannia dride rhizome, Dahurian Angelica Root, Dexamethasone and on allergic contact dermatitis in rats. Methods The rat models of allergic contact dermatitis were made by 2,4 - dinitrofluorobenzene and divided into groups of dictamni cortex, Honeysuckle Flower, Chinese Angelica, Fineleaf Schizonepeta Herb, rehmannia dride rhizome, Dahurian Angelica Root and normal saline according to the drugs given. The curative effect of the drugs was compared according to the thickness and weight of the rats' ears. Results The increasing degrees of the thickness and weight of the rats' ears in the groups of dictamni cortex, Honeysuckle Flower, Chinese Angelica and Dexamethasone were all lower than those in the normal saline group. Conclusion Dictamni cortex, Honeysuckle Flower, Chinese Angelica all have suppressive effect on allergic contact dermatitis in rats.
