销售人员作为企业销售环节的执行者,其素质的高低,直接影响着企业的经营业务的开展。现代企业要求销售人员必须具备五大基本素质:品德素质、心里素质、身体素质、知识素质、业务素质。
As the executor of marketing link in a corporation, the salesman's quality determines the corporation's development. Modern corporation requires salesman to have the following five basic qualities: virtues, mental health, physical health, knowledge and professional quality.
