摘要
以美国为代表的西方传媒集团遵循一般企业组织发展的经济规律:从自由竞争,经由市场的优胜劣汰,实施并购等集中化的发展战略,走向垄断。美国传媒集团实施全球化、本土化和战略联盟等集中化发展战略,旨在实现传媒行业规模经济和范围经济的要求,增强集团的竞争力,实现传媒集团的总体战略。不过,传媒集团集中化发展过程中也会遭遇各种风险。
The western media groups represented by United States, keep following the common laws of economic: from free competition, the survival of the fittest by the market, such as centralized implementation of the acquisition, toward monopoly. In order to achieve economy of scale and scope of the media industry, to strengthen the competitiveness of the association, and at last achieve the overall strategy, the American media group implementation of globalization, localization, concentration of development strategy. However, the merger and acquisition of media groups will face various risks.
