摘要
目的探讨当今在岗女性领导干部的人格特征状况。方法采用16PF量表对随机抽有代表性的82名女性领导干部进行测试。结果被测试者在乐群性、稳定性、恃强性、兴奋性、有恒性、敢为性、敏感性、怀疑性、忧虑性、实验性、独立性、紧张性这些人格因素与全国女性成人常模比较存在着非常显著的差异,她们心理健康者占81.7%,专业成就差者占63.4%,创造力强者仅占14.6%,有成功的希望者仅占4.9%,生活适应满意者仅占36.6%。结论女性领导干部的人格特征显著,大部分表现为外倾、开朗乐观、心理基本健康,但为数不少的女性领导干部的创造能力不强,仍受传统思想的束缚和困扰。
Objective To explore the personality characteristic status of on-the-job female leading officials in Guangdong nowadays. Methods 16PF personality survey was done in 82 random selected representative female leading officials. Result There were greatly significant difference in warmth, emotional stability, dominance, liveliness, rule-consciousness, social boldness, sensitivity, vigilance, apprehension, openness to change, self-reliance and tension between the tested officials and the normal female people of the whole country. The results showed 81.7% psychological health leaders ,63.4% bad in specialty achievement, 14. 6% high creativity leaders,4. 9% successful hope leaders, 36. 6% living satisfaction leaders. Conclusion The tested female officials have significant personality characteristic. Most of them are extroversive, optimistic and basically healthy psychology,but most of them have low creativity and be puzzled in traditional thinking
