变应性鼻炎鼻分泌物中嗜酸细胞形态学观察

The morphological changes of eosinophils in the nasal secretion of the patients with allergic rhinitis in and out of season

用电镜对７例花粉症患者和另７例常年性变应性鼻炎患者鼻分泌物中的嗜酸细胞（ｅｏｓｉｎｏｐｈｉｌ，ＥＣ）在花粉期和非花粉期的形态进行了观察，并用图象分析仪对ＥＣ的形态学进行了分析。结果表明，花粉症患者鼻分泌物中ＥＣ的截面积在非花粉季节显著小于花粉季节ＥＣ的截面积，细胞表面微绒毛样突起增多。表明在非花粉季节中鼻粘膜中的ＥＣ表面皱缩，功能上处于相对不活跃状态。

Abstract THE ultrastructure of eosinophils in nasal secretions of 7 patients with hay fever and another 7 patients with perennial allergic rhinitis were observed with a transmission electron microscope,The pictures of eosinophils were analysed with a morphological analysis system. The results showed that the cellular area of eosinophils of the patients with hay fever in sea-son was significantly larger than that of the same group out of season and that of the patients with perennial allergic rhinitis,There were much more microvilli on the surface of eosinophils of the patients with hay fever out season than those in season.The resuIts demonstrat that the inactivity function of the eosinophils in nasal cavity out of season.
