Step model in gravity field is studied by approach of probability tomography. Picture retrieved by this approach is the point of the step model but not step itself, so step itself can be ,deduced. This method can use on, ly one gravity anomaly curve and has simple inversion calculation. Comparison of forward and inversion of step model proves this approach practicable
