腮腺内面神经鞘瘤（附5例临床分析）

Neurilemmoma of the facial nerve in the parotids(5cases of clinical analysis)

对５例腮腺内面神经鞘瘤的临床分析表明，１例有面部麻木及胀痛感，５例均曾误诊为腮腺混合瘤；肿瘤起源于面神经主干及主要分支，其中２例术时神经保全良好，３例因误为恶性肿瘤而施行了神经切除。对本病的临床与诊断及手术中的并发症、预防和处理作了讨论。

Abstract A clinical analvsis of cases of netlrilemmoma of the fachl nerve in the parotids showed that one cases had the numbness 8nd swollen pains,5 cases had been misdiagnosed for parot id mixed tumor.The tumors come from the trunk and main branches of the facial nerve,the nerve in two of them had been reserved in the operations,3 cases had been mis-taken for malignant tumcrs and had the nerves been excised.The clinical characteristics,di-agnosis and the prevention and treatment of the complications during operations were also discussed.
