全膜电容器运行故障率偏高的原因分析 被引量:13

摘要 我国电力电容器运行业绩最好是在上世90年代初,这时主要是膜纸电容器。随着全膜电容器的广泛使用,电力电容器的运行故障率却呈增高的趋势,显然这同电力电容器的制造技术和工装工艺水平的提高是背道而驰的。因此,本文认为:这种现象的产生主要是对全膜电容器的热问题考虑不周所造成的。本文通过对膜纸电容器和全膜电容器的热负荷状况进行了比较分析,亦证明这一观点是正确的。 In China, the best operation performance of 1990s, and the paper-film capacitor was mainly used capacitor, operation fault of power capacitor presents power capacitor was at the beginning of the at that moment. With the widely use of film the trend of increasing, obviously this runs counter to the improvement of manufacturing technology and installation technological level. So the author thinks that the appearance of this kind of phenomenon forms when the hot problem to film capacitor is inconsiderate mainly. This paper has carried on comparative analysis through the hot load state to paper-film capacitor and film capacitor, which also proves this view is correct.
