健康教育对精神分裂症病人出院后依从性的影响

Influence of health education on the complianee for the patients with schizophrenia after discharge

目的了解精神分裂症出院病人对精神疾病及依从性相关知识的认识；探讨实施健康教育对提高精神分裂症出院后依从性的影响。方法采用自行设计调查问卷了解42例出院精神分裂症病人对精神疾病相关知识的认知；在实施健康教育前、后评估病人依从性的变化，并对其进行NOSIE-30量表评定。结果教育前71．42％精神分裂症病人对精神疾病知识认识不足，经健康教育后69．04％病人在出院期间遵医知识及行为有所改善（P〈0．05）。少数因环境因素而未继续治疗。结论健康教育对提高精神分裂症病人出院后依从性有促进作用，出院后依从性教育应以提高服药依从性为主要内容，维持治疗中应重视家属的监护作用，以便有利于进行科学地家庭管理，保持维持治疗的有效性。

Objective TO learn the cognition of patients with schizophrenia on mental diseases and knowledge related to compliance; to explore influence of health education on the compliance for the patients with schizophrenia after discharge. Methods Forty--two discharged schizophrenics were investigated with self--designed questionnaire about the cognition of mental diseases and relative knowledge about compliance. NOSIE--30 was used to evaluate the changes of compliance before and after the health education, which was carried out in many ways such as by telephoning, sending leaflets and so on. Results Before health education, 71.42% of the subjects knew little about the relative knowledge on mental diseases, while 69.04% of them made much progress after health education （P 〈 0.05）. Little patients failed to go on the treatment because of the limited surroundings. Conclusions Health education is effective on the compliance for the patients with schizophrenia after discharge. More attention should be paid to the medicine compliance for those discharged schizophrenics. Besides, more emphasis should be laid on the guardianship of family members so that the family management can be carried out more scientifically and thus the treatment be kept more effective.
