摘要
本文介绍数字视频信号的高效率压缩编码系统这一系统采用了基于运动矢量相关性的块匹配快速算法,有效地改进了运动检测的精度和效率,从而提高了压缩比.计算机模拟的结果对序列图象的压缩率达到29,解码恢复后得到的图象质量优良.
An efficient compression coding system for motion images is discussed. The system uses a macro-block matching technique based on the correlation between motion vectors. This technique effectively increases the accuracy and speed of motion estimation, hence the compression ratio. A compression ratio of 29 is obtained without causing visible image degradation.
