摘要
本文基于资源基础理论和核心竞争力理论,深入分析了资源、核心竞争力和持续竞争优势之间的理论关系。通过假设检验和理论分析,深入考察了我国手机制造企业的资源、核心竞争力和持续竞争优势现状。并在此基础上针对性地提出了发展策略。
This paper discusses the relationships between firm resources, core competitiveness and sustainable competitive advantage based on the RBV and the theory of core competitiveness. Through hypothesis-testing and theoretical analysis, it makes a research on the three factors of mobile phone manufacturers in China, and presents the developmental strategies.
