浙江发展FDI产业集群的路径选择

The Path Selection for Development of FDI Industrial Cluster in Zhejiang

面对全球竞争加剧趋势,发展FDI产业集群能够成为产业集群转型与升级的重要战略选择。本文首先基于交易成本的视角探讨了FDI产业集群形成的机理;继之,在现实的框架下阐述FDI产业集群发展模式;尔后,以浙江为例,通过调查研究得出其建立FDI产业集群的必要性;最后提出浙江应选择以嫁接参与型为主,集群迁入式为辅的发展模式。

With the intensified global competition, developing FDI industrial clusters is an important strategic choice for the reform and promotion of industrial clusters. This paper, based on the transaction cost, first discusses its formation mechanism, then elaborates its developmental patterns in actual situation. Taking Zhejiang for example, the paper points out the necessity for Zhejiang to establish FDI industrial clusters, and proposes that Zhejiang should choose the primary developmental pattern of grafts and participation, and the auxiliary pattern of cluster moved.
