The Research on the Developing Information Management System of BINTUAN Hydro Project Reconnaissance and Design

使用计算机信息管理系统来管理现代企业是目前新兴的企业辅助管理模式,为了开发具有自主知识产权并适用于新疆兵团水利工程项目管理的计算机信息管理系统,研究了如何基于开发工具软件Delphi7.0和SQL Server2000来开发新疆兵团水利工程项目计算机信息管理系统的实现方法,并且具体介绍了该水利工程项目计算机信息管理系统的功能和数据库管理、图纸管理等关键技术。目前,开发出的计算机信息管理系统正在新疆兵团勘测规划设计研究院试运行。

It is a new industry auxiliary management model to use the computer information management system to manage the modem corporation. In order to develop the project information management system which is owned intellective property right and fit for the management of Xinjiang BinTuan hydro project, this paper mainly introduces the method based on the software DelphiT. and SQL Server 2000 to develop the management system of Xinjiang Bintuan hydro project. Meanwhile, this paper introduces the functions of this system in detail and concretely offers key techniques of database and drawing management. At present, this information management system is used in Xinjiang reconnaissance , Planning, design and research institute belong to Ministry of Agricultural in Xinjiang.
