A NEW IMAGE MAGNIFICATION BASED ON WAVELET TRANSFORM

图像放大技术的主要难点在于如何使放大后的图像尽可能保持原始图像的清晰度。传统的内插法存在着一定的缺陷。提出了一种新的图像放大算法,该算法以小波变换为基础,采用分段样条插值法进行高频系数放大,通过对变换系数进行非线性增强保证放大图像的清晰度。实验证明,该方法具有很好的放大效果。

The main difficulty of image magnification technique lies in how to ensure the definition of the arnplificatory image. Because traditional interpolation algorithm has its fault, propose a new image magnification algorithm which based on wavelet transform, through the incontinuous spline interpolation to enlarge the high frequency factor, through different enhancement the coefficients at each scale to keep the definition of the arnplificatory image, The test demonstrates that algorithm has a very good magnification effect.
