摘要
对于含有开关元件的电力电子系统的计算机仿真,其开关元件可以采用简单的二值电阻模型.但是这种开关模型由于可能造成电路解的不连续,而使在开关状态变化时刻的数值计算不稳定.本文将对这种计算不稳定的原因作一定的分析,提出解决这一不稳定的方法.作为一个例子将这一方法用于对仿真软件SPICE2进行适当的修改,并扩充了一个控制仿真模块,使之发展成一个可以对电力电子系统进行包括闭环控制在内的动态特性进行计算机仿真的通用软件ZUPESS.文章最后通过实验对比证明了这一软件的可靠性.
simple two-- value resistance model can be used for switch devices in simulation ofpower electronic systems containing switches. This simple switch model, however, couldcause digital instability at switching poingts due to the discontinuity of the simulation solution. This paper analyzes the cause of the instability in detail and gives the method to solvethe problem. As an example the software SPICEZ is modified using the proposed method.Adding a software module of control the software package then has been developed to a general purpose package ZUPESS,which can be used for dynamic simulation of power electronicsystems. The simulation result of starting process of an induction heating system is comparedwith corresponding experiment to verify its reliability.
