摘要
勒平1井是吐哈油田鄯勒构造带一口水平井,该井所在区块属于山前构造带,是吐哈油田钻井最困难的区块之一,地层岩性复杂。在定向段J2x地层发育多套煤层。应用聚合物和乳化原油聚醚多元醇钻井液体系比较顺利穿过煤层钻至2907m,下入177.8mm的套管。水平段采用乳化原油无固相钻井液,有利地保护了油气层,顺利的钻完了进尺。该井的顺利完钻为该区块钻水平井提供了可借鉴的经验。
Well Leplng- 1 is a horizontal well located in Shanle structure belt in Tuha oilfield. The block where the well was drilled is foothill belt and one of the most difficult drilling blocks, with complicated stratum lithology. There are many sets of coal beds developed in directional interval J2x. Coal beds are able to be smoothly drilled through and casing running is easily carried out by using drilling fluid system of polymer and emulsified crude oil polyether glycol. Emulsified crude oil solid- free drilling- fluid is used in horizontal interval, which protects hydrocarbon reservoirs and gets the penetration depth easily finished. Smooth drilling completion of the well provides a reference experience for drilling horizontal well in the block.
