孕期服用阿司匹林与出生缺陷关系的Meta分析

A meta-analysis of relationship between aspirin consumption and birth detects during pregnancy

目的：探讨孕期服用阿司匹林与出生缺陷的关系。方法：采用Cochrane协作网提供的ReviewManager4．2分析软件，对国外16篇有关孕期服用阿司匹林与出生缺陷关系的病例对照研究结果进行了随机效应模型的Meta分析。结果：孕期服用阿司匹林与出生缺陷的发生关联明显（P〈0．00001），合并OR值为2．06，OR95％CI为1．53～2．79。结论：孕期服用阿司匹林与出生缺陷的发生有关。

Objective： To approach the relationship between aspirin consumption and birth defects during pregnancy. Methods： The results of 16 case - control studies about the relationship between aspirin consumption and birth defects during pregnancy were analyzed by Review Manager 4. 2. Random effect model of meta - analysis method was used. Results： The occurrence of birth defects was correlated with aspirin consumption during pregnancy strikingly （P 〈0. 000 01 ）. The pools OR value was 2. 06 and the OR value 95% CI was 1.53 - 2. 79. Conclusion： Aspirin consumption during pregnancy is an important risk factor of birth defects.
