51例青春期女性生殖道肿瘤临床分析

The clinical analysis of 51 women patients with genital tumor in adolescence

目的:分析青春期女性生殖系统肿瘤的特征,探讨其诊断和治疗措施。方法:回顾性分析我院妇科1994～2004年收治的10～19岁青春期生殖系统肿瘤患者51例的相关资料。结果:51例青春期生殖系统肿瘤以卵巢肿瘤多见,又以生殖细胞肿瘤为最多见,其次为上皮性肿瘤。结论:对青春期生殖系统肿瘤诊断应注意临床特点,减少误诊,开展普查性体检及B超检查;治疗以手术为主,同时要尽可能的保留其内分泌及生育功能。

Objective： To analyze the features of tumors in the female genital systems in adolescence so as to find a way to diagnose and treat them. Methods： To review the data of 51 women patients with genital tumors in youth, from the years of 1994 to 2004, receiving treatment in our hospital. Results： Ovary tumor is more common in the 51 female genital tumors, among which genital cell tumors is first on the list and the second on the list is epithelial tumor. Conclusion： In diagnosis, great emphasis should be paid to the clinical features of the tumors in order to reduce erroneous diagnosis. Meanwhile, it is very important to carry on physical examination survey and wide use of ultrasonic examination. While treating these tumors, patients should mainly receive surgery. However, it is also necessary to consider keeping the women patients＇incretion and bearing functions while considering the thorough treatment of them.
