摘要
采用回流提取法,研究了乙醇浓度、温度、料液比、提取时间对旱芹和西芹中黄酮类物质提取效率的影响规律。确定其最佳提取工艺为乙醇质量浓度40%、温度70—80℃、料液比1g:15ml、提取3h。并以芦丁为标准,测定了旱芹和西芹整株、叶及茎中总黄酮的含量。结果表明,2种芹菜叶片黄酮类化合物的含量显著高于茎中的含量。相比较而言,旱芹整株、叶片及茎中黄酮类化合物的含量显著高于西芹。
The optimum extracting conditions of flavonoids from dry celery and west celery were studied with the ethanol concentration 40 % (mass concentration) ,temperature 70-80 ℃ ,solid-liquid ratio 1 g: 15 ml and extraction time 3 h. The contents of total flavonoids in whole plant,leaf and stem of dry and west celery were tested and compared to west celery,the contents of total flavonolds in whole plant,leaf and stem of dry Celery were more abundant.
