黄瓜主要农艺性状的配合力分析

Analysis of Combining Ability on Main Agronomy Character of Cnmuber

以10个不同遗传型的黄瓜自交系为试材,采用不完全双列杂交方法对与产量相关性状的一般配合力、特殊配合力及遗传力进行了研究,结果表明:自交系A、C、E是十分优良的母本,亲本自交系G、H、I是表现较好的父本。表现较好的组合有:AG、BG、CH、EH、FI,很有希望成为能够稳定遗传的品种。

Ten inbred lines of cucumber（ Cucumis sativus L. ） were crossed to analyse the combining ability and heretability of four characters related to yield.The results indicated：A,C and E were good female material,and G,H and I were good male material,and the combination of AG,BG,CH,EH and FI were positive effect and could be employed for the aim of high-quality breeding.
