Analysis of Problem in the Corporate Governance of Rural Credit Cooperative

通过对改革开放后农村信用社法人治理结构现状的剖析认为,现行合作制体制下的法人治理结构不适应农村信用社发展的需要,应明晰农村信用社的产权关系,并在此前提下建立股份制下的农村信用社法人治理结构。

According to the analysis of the status of rural credit cooperatives＇ corporate governance, we proved that the present corporate governance was not suitable for the development of rural credit cooperatives and we should clarify the ownership and construct the share system.
