中国新型农村合作社在中国的再次兴起和快速发展已经引起学术理论界和政府部门的重视。从农村合作社的性质、特征、原则、制度、发展历史和发展现状各方面,对国内相关文献作一综述。

The rapid development of new-type rural ccoperatives in China has aroused a lot of interests from academic field and relevant government authorities.Some departments have conducted various investigations in rural economic organization including rural cooperative.However,most of existing papers and books about ccoperatives focused on supply and marketing cooperatives,not rural cooperatives. So a general review of related literature, ranging from rural ccoperatives＇ nature and feature to principles and institutions,from the development history to its current situation in China was roade,which would help those who were interested in the research on rural cooperative.
