The lag of the system reform of land runs the current agriculture modernization into hot potato. Speeding the innovation of the system of the land was an inevitable choice in the course of agriculture modernization in China.However,the innovation of the system of land must be full in consideration of various limitative conditions. In creative mode of the system of land, the separation of the landholding power should be the new meaning and values.
