摘要
中国科学院兰州化学物理研究所色谱技术研究开发中心是我国从事色谱柱研发和生产历史最长，规模最大，实力雄厚的单位。60年代初就开始铜毛细管色谱柱的研究；70年代初进行玻璃毛细管柱的研究，研制和推广了独特的“有机胶法制备高效玻璃SCOT柱”的方法；80年代又进行了石英毛细管柱的研究及应用推广，获得全国科学大会奖及中国科学院科技进步二等奖；
