陕西洛南金矿金钼分离新工艺

摘要 研究陕西洛南金矿综合回收金、银、铅、钼的工艺,原矿先经过混合浮选抛尾,得到含金、银、铅、钼等的混合精矿,钼品位由原矿的0.18%提高到4.21%,钼回收率为79%,金品位由原矿的2.19g/t提高到48.86g/t,金回收率为85.58%,而此时用常规浮选手段已难以将钼继续富集,本课题采用化学选矿,混合精矿经过氧化焙烧、脱硫脱碳、Na2CO3选择性浸出、浓缩等化学方法生产钼酸钠,达到金、银、铅与钼的分离以及超低品位钼的低成本回收。 The recovery process of gold, silver, lead, molybdenum from Luonan Gold Mine in Shaanxi, China, is investigated. After mix-flotation and discarding tailings, mix-concentrate is gained that contains gold, silver, lead and molybdenum. Thus, grade of molybdenum is improved from 0.18% to 4.21% and recovery of molybdenum is 79%, grade of gold is improved from 2.19g/t to 48.86g/t and recovery of gold is 8558%. It is difficult to improve more by conventional flotation. This subject adopted chemical mineral processing, through oxidation, roasting, desulfurization, decarbonization,'leaching by Na2COa, concentrating and so on, sodium molybdate is produced. This realized separation of gold and molybdenum , recovering at low cost for molybdenum of low grade.
