摘要
九丈沟金矿矿石粒度细、难选冶,单一浮选或氰化金回收率低。试验用一段浮选、两段浸出的选冶工艺,浸出前用H2O2(30%)作氧化剂预处理。通过对比,得到最佳的药剂制度及参数为:1.8%矿石量的H2O2(30%)、预处理时间为36h、NaCN浓度0.9‰,最佳浸出时间为48h,最佳磨矿细度为-0.125mm。试验结果表明,金的总回收率从单一氰化或浮选时的43.0%和62.5%提高到现在的93.18%。
Intricate gold ore was used two stage leaching about Jiuzhanggou Gold Mine. The first stage used flotation and the second used leaching. It would be oxidant pre-treatment by H202 (30%) in the second stage leaching. The best reagent parameter are the ore times 1.8% H202 (30%) and the pretreatment time is 36 hour and the NaCN concentration is 0.9%0 and the best leaching time are 48 hour and the best grinding fineness are -0.125mm. The achieved 93.18%. The results indicated that the metal recovery of gold is raised from 43.0% and 62.5% of simplex cyanidation or flotation process to 93.18% of present study.
