成体心肌干细胞的研究进展

The research progress about adult cardiac stem cells

近来的研究表明无论在正常还是病理情况下心室肌细胞中均存在处于分裂周期的细胞,即成体心脏内存在具有特异性心肌分化潜能的多能干细胞———成体心肌干细胞。本文综述了成体心肌干细胞的发现、特征、功能和目前研究中仍存在的问题与展望。

In resent investigates, several researchers have found that there are some cells being in cell division cycle whether in normal or pathological ventricle cardiomyocyte. That is to say, some kind of muhi-functional stem cells exist in the adult heart of person or animal, we call them cardiac stem cells. Cardiac stem cells have the special ability of differentiating to myocardium cells, smooth muscle cells, vascular endothelial cells. In this summary, we overview the discovery, characters, functions, possible problems in future researches and prospect of the adult cardiac stem cells.
